Teacher, New Entrant to Year 3

I am thrilled to introduce myself as an experienced and dedicated Junior teacher at Horahora Cambridge. I was born in South Africa, grew up in Johannesburg, and immigrated to New Zealand with my family in 2018.

As a mother of three active children, I enjoy keeping up with their adventures, playing board games and engaging in lively chats.

With 20+ years of experience in pre-primary and primary education, including headteacher roles, I believe in the individuality of each student. I incorporate multiple teaching methods to reach all students, ensuring no one is left behind. My passion for teaching and learning is evident, as I strive to create a positive and caring environment. My goal is to develop lifelong learners who become confident, connected citizens, positively contributing to their community.
